A Tale Of Two Sisters

Today for the first time i really saw how much Rebecca loves her sister.
She has been wonderful to Eilidh really, she has her moments but she is only 1 year old.

This morning Eilidh was having another long lie (9.30 today) , Rebecca kept trying to get into the room and when Eilidh finally woke up she ran into the room grabbed the cots bar and
started shaking them and getting so excited. They both went for baths shortly after and she
kept kissing and trying to lift her sister up , i think she has been missing her in the mornings.

It has been nice to have some time with Rebecca in the morning, today we played with bubbles and a balloon , read some books and snuggled loads. She also completely surprised me by doing a pee pee in the potty , she had just a night dress on after having taken of her nappy and although
i kept telling her to go and pee in the potty , she would go and sit on it then get off having done nothing but today she DONE IT. It was funny though as she never lifted up her nightdress and sat down on it but it still counts.

Eilidh also decided to get up on all 4s today, i really hope crawling is still a way off I’m so not ready for it.

Both of them are just getting so big, Rebecca has completely left babyhood behind and Eilidh seems like such a big girls already i honestly felt she was barely a newborn.

Aw, how precious that Becca loves her little sister so much! Moments like that must melt your heart.

Yay on the pee-pee in the potty chair - what a big girl, high five! (even if she did forget to pull up the nightie, hehe).

LOL, that Eilidh sure is in a hurry to get around. I’ll send her some “slow down” vibes. :o)
