Happy 6 Months Birthday

Dear Eilidh

Today you turned 6 months old, the time has just gone so quickly and i cannot believe its now only half a year till your first birthday. You have changed from a small helpless baby into a moving, funny and just amazing child. I love
how just looking at you can bring out your amazing smile, i love the way you giggle at the silliest of things, i love the way you try and steal your sisters dummy each and every time she comes near you with it.
Rolling, Crawling, Sitting, Eating Real Food, Sleeping All Night, “Talking” – just
some of your major accomplishments from the last few months. I wonder what the next few months will have in store for us.

I will never forget the first few hours after your birth, i was just so scared of you being ill and apart from an initial scare you were perfect. If just a little less than impressed to be here.

The first night was wonderful , unlike all the other babies in the ward who were content to sleep you wanted to stay attached to your mummy. We snuggled and you fed like crazy, i got in some sleep whenever i could.
We were home before you were even 24 hours old, what a wonderful experience it was to introduce you to your family in our own home where they could cuddle and kiss you as much as they wanted.

The past 6 months have been a wonderful journey and i loved getting to know you. So for you my EJ a look back at how you have changed since that wonderful day you were born.

So adorable. I just love your pictures. They grow so quickly. My Zoe will be 2 year old at the end of June. She’s quickly loosing her “babyness”.
