BSM - Through Her Eyes

I took alot of pictures this week, quite a few i loved but i feel this one was my best shot of the week. Its not a perfect picture but just looking at it made me feel like i was looking at Rebecca through Eilidhs eyes - She is just standing there watching her crazy big sister jump and run around, Rebecca is a blur to her - always moving and always going and everything she wants to be.

I took a similar type one a few moments later this time of Rebecca watching her cousin - does she look at Courtney the way Eilidh looks at her?

Head over to Picture This for some wonderful shots of the week

On a unrelated note, Eilidh is driving me crazy - she is getting better at walking each day (although wouldn’t actually say she was walking yet) but is already getting into everything. She climbs on everything , tries to walk in the bath and destroys everything she sees. I love her but im not sure how much im looking forward to the toddler years.

I love the first shot! The jumping looks so neat!

These pictures are beautiful. You captured such a unique moment in both pictures.

I have a “bath walker” too. Frustrating to say the least!

  • Christina:

Really special pictures, and I love your thoughts on them.

Nadia and Eils are so similar…so believe me when I say I understand!!!

  • carrie:

I love the stories behind the pictures! It is so difficult to be *stuck* just watching a bigger kid do something so spectacular!

    Nice work.

  • Dawn Reiss:

the purple walls and the purple in her dress… beautiful… and my 18 month old is also giving me a run for my money, so i’m with ya on that… it’s even more challenging with a 6-week old in my arms!

  • Cari:

Such a great perspective to capture. Lovely girls.

  • Jessica:

    That’s adorable!
