My baby sister turns 22 today,Happy Birthday Kid. If anyone is on Bebo check out her page and wish her happy birthday

On a funny note she came in after dropping Courtney of at school this morning and got her present of the girls, not much as she already had her proper present from us on the weekend(new trainers) but we got her a box of choccies.
Rebecca of course just wanted the whole box and kept making poor auntie feel bad for not sharing more , of course when we turned our backs for a second she eat about half the box - guess thats what Halloween is all about

Lastly other shots from last week i liked, ignore the mess in the house as it was during my big clean out and the place tends to end up looking like a hurricane hit during it.

Some vids from the last few days

A couple of pics with my cousin

My mum got this fun bug kit, you catch a bug and view it through the magnifying glass, the kids loved it.

Its 17.45 here just now, other wise known at the worse time of day . The kids are always very fussy - both tired and hungry and the time always goes so slowly.

Dinner should hopfully be ready for 6 but in the meantime two girls are crying at my feet - going to bury my head in the sand again

Again i must apologise for the lack of posts, i have been dealing with a throat infection all week - of course if happened the same week DH had a stomach bug (which of course was soooo much worse that my illness) but also the same week i had planned a massive “winter clean” of the house. I know i should of put it off but i had been planning it for days and just couldn’t .
Eilidh has been having a couple of rough nights to so of course the lack of sleep has’t been helping (thankfully Rebecca has been sleeping like an angel), i got a great nights sleep last night which is probably the reason i feel almost better today.

Now onto the actual post :)

As we lead up to Eilidhs first birthday she is changing and growing each day, this week i have noticed big changes in her ability to understand and follow instructions. Simple stuff like “get the ball” “close the door” . The other day we were going out and i told her she still needed a jacket on - she went straight to the cupboard and pulled out *two* jackets and they were the correct ones (think it helps that it was the last two jackets in there). She brought the jackets to me and we all went out.

On Wednesday DH took Rebecca to playgroup, when they left Eilidh ran to the door (and she is is more or less running now) shouting “dada, Be-Ba” - after a few moments she went and grabbed her shoes and came and sat on my lap with them wanting me to put the on.

I could give dozen of other examples - she really is’t a baby anymore is she?

Christina done a lovely post showing how her daughter Nadia had changed in the last year. Its something i have been thinking about alot in the last few days, i cannot believe how young Rebecca looked this time last year. She was’t even walking yet and barely said a word

Now she is a completely different person, still lovable and sweet but so full of life. She is a proper Little toddler now and lets not forget the most amazing big sister.

Of course i cannot forget Eilidh, roughly a year ago she was this

Now she is a walking ,talking and doing so much more. I never thought i would love her as much as i do Rebecca. I really didn’t believe it possible - but gosh its defiantly possible. Its hard to believe one year ago i had no idea what this little girl would be like.
