NaBloPoMo Day 29
Eck day 29 how did that happen? On with the Ts
Tandem Feeding – I never thought about this much before I was faced with it, I never sat down and went this is something I want to be doing one day. But when I was pregnant with Eilidh I just wanted to let Rebecca take the lead with regards to the feeding, part of me would of loved her to wean but a bigger part was happy she carried on. It was strange at first, having a newborn safely cradled in my arms feeding contently while a toddler is by my side taking big gulps. There were moments I hated it and moments I loved it, these days I can no longer face feeding them at the same time but I think neither of them would be happy with it anyways. I do think it made everything so much easier for Rebecca as she did’t feel excluded when Eilidh came along but rather included. 1 year on I had no regrets and would happily do it all again.
Talking – I am such a nervous talker and in most situations hate silence, to fill it have an annoying habit of just talking and talking mostly about complete rubbish. I know i embarrass myself all the time with it. I would love to be one of those people who social skills came naturally to but i feel i always end up looking like an idiot irl.
Thomas – This seems to be the most popular name in my family, i have one cousin on my dads side but on my mums side there is a few . My mums sisters husband (who goes by Tam) , My cousin in Canada (Sarahs dad, goes by Tom) and his son Tommy. I know another sister of my mums used to married to a man called Thomas to , don’t think we will ever be using the name if we ever have a son.
Time – I HATE lateness and always try and arrive for things way to early, yes im the type of person waiting around for 30 minutes before meeting someone (who normally shows up 30 minutes late)
Turkey – Im not a great turkey person, i like it but im not that bothered about it. BUT our local grocery shop does the most amazing Turkey and Stuffing Christmas sandwiches. The rolls are so soft , covered in Turkey breast , stuffing, cranberry sauce and topped with gravy. Both DH and i adore these and could eat them every day for as long as there served (they have been on the menu just over a week and we have already been twice, bad us)
Tellytubbies – Is there any adult out there that doest despise this show? . Courtney was the biggest fan when she was a baby , so much so that the only way to get her to sleep would be sit through a couple of episodes (over and over). I remember the highlight of Christmas 4 years ago was her getting some new Tellytubby videos – thankfully although Rebecca liked the show she was never that crazy about it

I can talk s**t at anytime… so join the club!
And boys in my family are Thomas
LOL about the teletubbies. They aren’t on tv here anymore (that I know of) but I remember being oddly fascinated by them years ago. LOL!
I am a nervous talker like that, too! I’m much more comfortable in type.
