What a few days, Christmas is thankfully over for another year. Its been a stressful time to be honest, neither girl has been 100% (although thankfully Rebecca was not sick again Christmas day) .
Yesterday i spent most of the day being sick, DH took the girls to Boxing Day dinner at MILs house and i stayed home and slept – today of course DH and the extended family (mum, dad , BIL etc…) are all ill.
Glossing over all that, in the gift front we were all spoilt. Some of my fave gifts were a gift certificate for a Health Spa (full body massage here i come) , a shopping voucher for much needed new clothes and a foot spa from DH.
The girls got way to much, please tell me in not the only one whose home looked like this afterwards
Whats good is alot of the stuff Rebecca got are the next stage up, a toy kitchen with ironing board (she loved pretend ironing) and an art set with blackboard and white bored. Mind you i think her favorite present has to be the Upsy Daisy and Iggle Piggle (from In The Night Garden) soft toys she got from my sister. She is just in love with these characters.
During Eilidhs nap today we had such fun playing with some of her art sets, she got this fun stamping set that was messy but she loved
She also made me this lovely picture frame
And just cause i love it , just before leaving for my parents Christmas day Eilidh threw such a tantrum (i think because we were taking to long). i love how Rebecca just stands and watches

That last photo is priceless! And yes, my living room looks exactly the same as yours does, if not worse. Hope the girls are better soon.
I agree the last photo was great, lol. I think my house looked worse- too much stuff and definitely not enough space. I couldn’t find my camera after the first couple pictures
It surfaced again later from under the gifts and paper.

Goodness, I fele bad for you guys still sick over Christmas! That darn bug just won’t leave your family alone!
My house looks like toys threw up all over it, too! LOL We are getting rid of some of the old stuff.

Emma will be very jealous – I really wanted to get her an upsy daisy doll! Maybe she will have one for her birthday instead. Gorgeous photos as always.
