- Monday night Eilidh was refusing to settle in her cot so for some unknown reason i thought would bring her into the bed with Rebecca and i . STUPID IDEA . Rebecca slept as usual in the middle of the bed , me to the left of her and Eilidh on my other side . I had to hold on to Eilidh for dear life so she wouldn’t fall out the bed. Miss independent sleeper hated this and would wake up every 30 minutes or so fuss then go back to sleep. Poor me was completely trapped with a girl in each arm pinning me down so could not even put her back in her cot. 5.30am Eilidh woke us both up bouncing on the bed.
- Tuesday we all had the best day, i met a friend at a local indoor play center and we all had such a great time we stayed for just under 4 hours . Only paid for two but figured they could come and chuck us out if anyone was bothered. We had a great girly chat while out kids all played , its great we are both pregnant with our third (she is due about 6-8 weeks before me ) and Eilidh and her second daughter J are a day apart in age. She is also one of these seemingly rare mums around here who actually enjoys spending time with her children and not leaving them for nights on the town ever week .
- If was Tuesday night when all the hassle started, Eilidh was sick for the first time when we got in - just hoped to much excitement and was sick again about an hour later. She eat a bunch of veg for dinner then threw it all up in her cot. We spent the night snuggled on the couch, she was sick another couple of times but would mostly sleep for a bit then wake and want to play, passing out after about 5 minutes. She started of this morning seeming so ill but has been getting better as the day went on, she slept alot but after an afternoon nap demanded food and was almost her old self (just a little fussier - you could tell she still was not 100%)
- Mind you Rebecca was so tired from the days events that she slept solidly from around 7pm to 8.20 am the next morning, she never sleeps that late . Even when DHs alarm went of at 7 she did not stir (and this thing went off for 20 minutes before i finally went and woke DH up telling him to turn it off)
- I also had another Anti-Natal check up, the real booking in appointment with bloods (which left me feeling horrible afterwards) and a million and one questions. Giving a bag full of fun stuff to read but admit i chickened out mentioning the homebirth , then again noone asked . I know i can mention if at anytime but i would rather get it over and done with sooner rather than later just incase im going to have to fight it.
Well thats enough for now, good to maybe squeeze in an email reply of two then go and watch Tourchwood with DH
