Happy Mothers day to all the UK folk

For mothers day i decided to be all demanding, after all what other day (other than my birthday i guess) can i be the boss .

I demanded a long lie , my first since last mothers day and while it was only 2 extra hours (and been woken twice to feed baby) i STILL got one and it was lovely.

I demanded to be woken with a gift of chocolates which we could all happily share in bed .

I demanded to be taken out for a lovely lunch with my husband and children . Second day in a row the kids and i went out for lunch - we are spoiled.

I demanded we spent the afternoon somewhere with the kids. Park if warm or soft play if not , unfortunately it was raining so we spend the afternoon at there favourite soft play area.

I demanded we visited both sets of parents and got to wish our mums happy mothers day and share gifts with them.

Pretty demanding aren’t i?

Really all i wanted was to spend the day with my family, recently Craig has been working 7 days (5 at work at weekends doing stuff around the house) . Its been far to long since we all spend the day together and i used mothers day as an excuse for doing it. I really cannot wait till this place is finally finished and we can start doing family fun weekends.

It has been a lovely family day, the girls had a great time and got to see every person they cared about (except for poor Uncle Graeme who was working AGAIN) . They got to eat way to much junk but did spend at least 10 minutes on there teeth to make up for it . Oh and Rebecca done great last night, no accidents and is away to bed with underwear again tonight.
