Im not normally one for sharing recipes but made this for an after lunch snack for the kids. Schools are off today so i have my neice to , its the day before shopping arrives so not much in the house to eat.
It went down very well, Courtney who normally fussies over everything had about 3 huge helpings . Even the baby eat a fare share.
Its so simple.
Quick Strawberry Mousse
Strawberry Jelly made up with 1 /2 amount of water (we used sugar free)
Let it partially set then using an electric whisk beat till about twice the size and full of bubbles.
Add 200g Natural Yoghurt (i used fat free stuff, was all i had) and 200g Frozen Strawberries (Defrosted) (I actually used from packet smoothie mixes and just took out the banana ) and mix till its all combined. Put in fridge till it sets.
So simple, healthy and tasty. Will be doing it again , possibly for after dinner tonight he he he (but with Raspberries as strawberries are done)


Sounds really yummy! I think i will try it!
